Commercial Roof Inspection

Commercial & Industrial Roof Inspections in Indiana & Illinois

Need an inspection of your buildings roofing system?

Our first task will be to evaluate your roof system and all components associated with it. We will provide a detailed proposal explaining what the existing roof system consists of, including deck type, insulation, roof system(s) in place and condition of the roof.

The proposal document will be supported with photos showing rooftop penetrations, drains, walls and flashing details and  will clearly explain the condition of the roof and the roof deck. This will help your appraisal of the roof condition and may assist in capital budget approval from senior management.

Roofing System Inspection Process

Learn about our 6 step process for completing a detailed inspection of your Commercial or Industrial Roofing System

Building Interior Inspection

We start with an interior inspection of the building to determine the severity of issues and identify their location in sections of the building such as the ceiling, walls, windows, etc.

Rooftop Inspection

An inspection of your roofing system will be completed on the buildings rooftop by your project manager. This inspection will locate any issues in the buildings envelope, masonry walls, gutters, insulation, vents, fans and A/C unit.

Photos & Core Samples

Photos of damages to the roofing system will be taken for us to review and file with your project documents. We also collect any core samples to help us determine the plan of action we will take in repairing or replacing your roofing system.

Prepare & Send Proposal

Once the roofing system inspection has been completed we prepare and send a proposal document to you that includes photos showing rooftop penetrations, drains, walls, flashing details and will clearly explain the condition of the roof and the roof deck.

Final Inspection

Upon the proposal acceptance we send your project manager back to the job site for a final measurement & inspection of your roofing system. This ensures an accurate measurement and identifies any issues that may have been missed before we start our installation or repair process.

Here are 6 things to consider when hiring a commercial roofing contractor to inspect, repair, or replace the roof on your building.
